Can I use my Season Ticket Member (STM) discount through NC Courage Store?

NC Courage Season Ticket Member discount may be used in-venue and online through nccouragestore.com. To receive discount at checkout, please enter your Fan ID # in the "Discount code or gift code" box in your cart. Your Fan ID # can be found by opening your NC Courage Ticketing App and navigating to your profile.

If you have issues accessing, applying, or forgot to use your STM discount at checkout, please reach out to our customer service team at merchandise@nccourage.com

Can I return a customized jersey?

All custom jerseys are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Why do prices fluctuate?

Prices may change for a variety of reasons, such as the beginning and ending of sales.

Shipping Information

What is the shipping policy?

Orders are fulfilled within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and then delivered according to shipping method selected.

Tracking will be emailed when the order has been fulfilled. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they leave our fulfillment center.

Orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate packages.

Should the item you ordered not be available, one of our team members will reach out to provide alternative options.

Please note that there may be delays in order fulfillment for orders placed during peak occasions.

What are the shipping rates?

USPS Domestic Shipping (packages <1 lb): $7.25

USPS Priority Mail (depends on package weight): starts at $10.25

RETURN INFORMATION

RETURNS

We offer a 30-day return/exchange policy to ensure you are satisfied with your order. This guarantee is only for the purchase price of the item(s) and does not include any shipping and handling fees which accompany the order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Customized jerseys and clearance items CANNOT be returned or exchanged.

EXCHANGES

For exchanges, please first reach out to us at merchandise@nccourage.com to confirm that we are able to process your requested exchange.

REFUNDS 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original form of payment, according to your account's terms.
