Enjoy one month of KidStrong Raleigh, where kids build confidence, strength, coordination, independence, and social skills through fun, coach-led classes.

Each 45-minute class includes confidence-building activities, obstacle courses, physical challenges, friendly competition, and an award ceremony to celebrate each child’s accomplishments. Programming and obstacles change weekly, so every class offers a new experience!
